WAYS TO PAY
All orders must be paid for in full prior to despatch. You can pay for your purchase in a number of different ways. We accept a bank transfer, a cheque before we deliver or credit and debit cards. Please let us know your preferred method of payment when you order.
We offer a door to door delivery service with a reputable courier service to national and worldwide destinations. Customers are welcome to view any item prior to making a payment. Customers may also collect from our workshop as long as the item has been paid for in full or cleared funds have been processed by our bank.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know.
We'll be happy to refund or exchange as long as you return the item within 14 working days of delivery and in the same condition in which it left us.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
In the unlikely event that the item we send you is damaged during delivery, we will refund your money. Please ensure that you notify us of any damages within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made outside this period will not be upheld.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
